Where the reading community connects with independent writers

Authors

Are you satisfied with how you are promoting yourself and your work? Our free and simple platform is a central medium to increase brand awareness. Authors, publishers and readers can access your brand in a single location – or use our social network integration to expand through other channels.

Engagement

Social interaction is the name of the game in publishing. It is no longer just PR and reviews. Share information about yourself, display details about your work, publish short stories or samples to fans, and notify the community of upcoming events. Interaction drives success. Our reading community helps drive sales and readership.

Community

We are a reading community! Follow fellow community members and discover what you may be missing. Share your favorite books with others on our platform. Authors and Readers have personalized bookshelves highlighting what they have read, what they are currently reading, and what they want to read. Each book allows the community to rate and review.

About Us

We are an Author-oriented platform that allows authors to promote their books in a superior way as we also provide a micro social network for readers. Online publishing platforms offer premium marketing but it is exclusive to a particular channel or audience.

Penblock allows Authors to communicate and promote themselves in a community forum which attracts a diverse set of users. One of the key features of Penblock is our unique and revolutionizing Authors Page, where information is compiled from personalized profiles in one sweet place; ratings, popular books, overall author rating, and events all on ONE page.

To replicate our capabilities elsewhere, an author would have to custom design their own website to get similar features – an expensive choice which reduces chances of reader discovery from an Author social network like Penblock.

Our founders are avid book collectors, active readers and writing hobbyists. We dabbled into the book publishing market unintentionally and found a service gap for a large community of people.
